    #Ride 112 – Long Weekend Motorcycle Ride to Hampi (Gandhi Jayanti Holiday)

    A motorcycle ride into the forgotten era – to India’s richest city in the medieval era and the second largest in the world at that point in time: HAMPI. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, even today, the grandeur of the Vijaynagara empire leaves every visitor mesmerized. The Musafirs are ready to gear up and embark on another thrilling long-distance motorcycle ride, are you joining?

    You’ll need just one day holiday from office for this four-day ride starting from Mumbai and Pune – and remember … it’ll be worth it! The ride starts on Saturday, 29th September and ends on Tuesday, 2nd October which is a public holiday. A perfect extended weekend in the making!

    Day 1: Motorcycling from Mumbai/Pune to Hampi (Easily do-able with expert guidance)

    Day 2: Exploring Hampi (Virupaksha, Narasimha, Stone Charriot, Musical Pillars, Hazara Rama, etc.)

    Day 3: Explore Aihole, Pattadakkal and Badami (Stay at Badami)

    Day 4: Ride back with a smile.

Also, it is not a riders-only ride – our pillions have even more fun with “shoot-at-sight” orders. So, while you have a big grin on your face manoeuvring the next corner with your eyes on the exit, you pillion has it fixed on the serpentine bike formations synonymous with The Musafirs.

    The ‘cash-on-ride’ facility has been discontinued. In case you wish to avoid making payments for the booking amount on every ride, get membership and transfer additional Rs. 1000 as a permanent refundable token at the time of making payment for the membership.

    Cancellation Policy: In case you register for the ride and wish to cancel participation, the booking amount will not be refunded or adjusted if the cancellation is done on or after  Saturday 15th September, – because that is what the club will have paid to make bookings for you.
    The Musafirs is an evolved riding club with numerous online and print publications writing about it (check it out: https://www.themusafirs.com/media/). Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clock-work.

    The Musafirs is NOT a Boyz-Only Riders Club. Female riders/pillions are welcome as our female crew member – Shona and numerous other female Musafirs would be there to keep company throughout the trip. We are not the conventional money-minting tour operators, biking is the only thing we do and that is what we are known for. We know our jobs pretty well, especially when it comes to group riding. If you have never been with us on any ride, go through our past rides or facebook page and you will know.
