    The Musafirs “Ghat-Ke-Neeche” Motorcycle Ride to Wai – July 14-15

    The mountains are washed green, the highways are beautiful and the weather, at its best. It’s an amazing time to get on your motorcycle and kick it to life. Join the Musafirs Motorcycle Club on its 108th Ride, the second weekend of July to Dhom Dam Reservoir (Wai) – at the foothills of Mahabaleshwar.

    It’s a short ride of about 220kms for the Mumbai Musafirs Chapter and about a 100km ride for the Pune Musafirs Chapter. Oh, and even if you’ve never been on any ride with the club, you are more than welcome to join the clan of purebred, disciplined motorcyclists who align with the #safetyissexy mentality – irrespective of what you ride.

    Through the circuit, you will be mesmerized by the beauty that nature offers as you ascend up and ride with clouds before descending and stay right on the banks of a huge water body – ensuring that your experience is memorable!

    And on the way back, we’ll stop at the famous Mapro factory outlet where you can buy Mapro delicacies at discounted prices (So keep space in your backpacks/saddle bags). While at the accommodation, you could also do a quick dash to mahabaleshwar – it’s just about 30 kms away.

    Also, it is not a riders-only ride – our pillions have even more fun with “shoot-at-sight” orders. So while you have a big grin on your face maneuvering the next corner with your eyes on the exit, you pillion has it fixed on the valley below or the serpentine bike formations synonymous with The Musafirs.

    The ‘cash-on-ride’ facility has been discontinued. In case you wish to avoid making payments for the booking amount on every ride, get membership and transfer additional Rs. 1000 as a permanent refundable token at the time of making payment for the membership.

    Cancellation Policy: In case you register for the ride and wish to cancel participation, the booking amount will not be refunded or adjusted if the cancellation is done on or after Friday 6th July, – because that is what the club will have paid to make bookings for you.
    The Musafirs is an evolved riding club with numerous online and print publications writing about it (check it out: https://www.themusafirs.com/media/). Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clock-work.

    The Musafirs is NOT a Boyz-Only Riders Club. Female riders/pillions are welcome as our female crew member – Shona and numerous other female Musafirs would be there to keep company throughout the trip. We are not the conventional money-minting tour operators, biking is the only thing we do and that is what we are known for. We know our jobs pretty well, especially when it comes to group riding. If you have never been with us on any ride, go through our past rides or facebook page and you will know.
