A Ride up 3000 ft: Toranmal

With the ascending summer there is no better place than taking refuge into the sublime haven of the mountains.

This month, we ride to venture into the northern part of our beautiful state over a period of three days and explore the unblemished Satpura mountain range which runs along the borders of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.This unexplored terrain offers us the opportunity to ride through some unchartered territories, enjoy the rich flora and fauna around the hill ranges and experience some bends and curves on the Toranmal Ghat road which shall be a new experience for all of us.

When at the hill station we shall be free to explore the beautiful places around our accommodation such as Yashawant Lake, Aawashabari Point, Sunset Point, Coffee Garden, Gorakshanath Temple, Nagarjun Point, Sat Payari (Seven Step) View Point, Lotus Lake, Forest Park & Medicinal Plant Garden, Sita Khai etc.

So don’t throw away this chance to ride, explore and spend quality time in the company of the Musafirs and your bike.

The Route:

This is not a short ride. It is about 460+ kms (one way) along the NH3 till Dhule after which we shall take the state highway which will have a lot of memories to offer especially when coupled with the biking discipline and punctuality observed by the Musafirs. The precise route details will be communicated through the pre-ride communication email.

The ride assembly for the Mumbai Chapter will be at 03:45 AM at Eternity Mall, and for the Pune Chapter, it will be at Chandni Chowk at 4.00 AM. During the ride we would be doing long discipline testing non-stop stretches of about 150-200 kms.

Call the Crew on the numbers mentioned at the end to express your interest in joining the ride and check for Slot Availability. (Contact with any other person will not be regarded as Slot Confirmation)

Transfer the Booking Amount (Non Refundable) of Rs 1,000 (Non members) to:

* The organizers will be making confirmed bookings and payments on behalf of the members without compelling the member to transfer the booking amount. In case a member registers for the ride and cancels it after the cancellation date, the ride booking amount will be recovered from the member. It is a partnership of trust between the club and the member.

The balance amount will be collected at the assembly.

Registrations coming in after this date cannot be cancelled for refund or adjustment.

Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clock-work.

The Musafirs is NOT a Boyz-Only Riders Club… Female riders/pillions are welcome as our crew and numerous other female Musafirs would be there to keep company throughout the trip.

We do not support/encourage drugs and are firmly against it! If you cannot resist the urge to light up a joint for ride days, you are better off riding with some other riding group.
