    Musafirs Motorcycle Ride to Gokarna | 10th Anniversary Ride (Jan 23-26,2021)

    Gate Pass:  Aligned with our #SafetyIsSexy operating style, to join this ride, you will have to test COVID negative. Free Home/Center COVID testing by Metropolis Labs will be arranged for participants registering for the ride – it is on the participant to coordinate and ensure the collection is done between the time allotted. Alternatively, the participant can do the test on their own and present a COVID negative report dated not more than 3 days prior to the scheduled date of the ride.

    The Musafirs Motorcycle Club celebrates a decade. With maximum precautions, we unlock the shackles and get back to motorcycling – starting off with our anniversary ride to Gokarna.

    This 4-day ride in the week of Republic day 23-24-25-26 January (Saturday – Tuesday) will be a booster for the biker within us and rekindle the Musafirs spirit after a gap of many months. In terms of the ride, you’ll have everything from flat tarmac to the western ghat roads to jungles and beach roads … there’ll not be a dull moment.

    The acco is perched on 2-acre hilltop overlooking the vast Arabian Sea and a 5-minute walk from the beach. To top it up, from the angle of safety, we chose this acco for its bunk beds to ensure you have your well-defined space to maintain distancing even while you sleep.

    In the past 10 years of motorcycling, the collective experience we’ve gained makes us what we are today – an ultra-disciplined bunch of bikers who watch each other’s back. There are many “firsts” that the Musafirs introduced to the motorcycling arena in India – from hi-vis reflective vests, to pickup trucks in tow even on smaller rides, to colour-coded, designated riding formations and full-tank single-kick distances … the list goes on. Come, join the experience … come ride with us to Gokarna!

    This is a fairly long ride along the NH4 and the NH17 will have lot of memories to offer especially when coupled with the biking discipline observed by the Musafirs. When on the road, we’d be doing long stretches to allow you to find your rhythm and “enter the zone.” You would not want to miss this one for sure.

    THINGS TO KNOW

    Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. The Musafirs is an evolved motorcycle club. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clock-work.

    The Musafirs is NOT a Boyz-Only Riders Club. Female riders/pillions are welcome as our female crew member – Shona and numerous other female Musafirs would be there to keep company throughout the trip.

    We are not the conventional money-minting tour operators, biking is the only thing we do and that is what we are known for. We know our jobs pretty well, especially when it comes to group riding. If you have never been with us on any ride, go through our past rides or facebook page and you will know.

    No Drug/No Riding Under Alcohol Influence:

    We do not support/encourage drugs and are firmly against it! If you cannot resist the urge to light up a joint for ride days, you are better off riding with some other riding group.In addition, if you plan to have a drink or two anywhere outside the accommodation DO NOT RIDE there. Instead, be someone’s pillion or get a cab.

    Cancellation Policy

    We work on trust and good will.

    In case you have to cancel your booking, do it a week in advance … on or before Saturday, 16thJanuary, 2020. We will refund the entire booking amount or if you say, adjust it against the fees for the next ride.

    For any cancellations after this date, you’ll have to forego the booking amount because we’d already have made payments ahead. In this situation, please don’t request for refunds/adjustments as we’ll not be able to do that.

    In case you fail to take the COVID test that has been arranged or fail to present a COVID negative report from any other reputed lab and dated not more than three days prior to the date of the ride, you’ll be forfeiting your entire booking amount.

    COVID-Related Cancellation:

    Under the unfortunate event of you testing positive, you will be requested to skip this ride. You’ll have much more on your mind and the loss of your booking amount should be the least of your worries – theENTIRE booking amount will be refundedor if you say, adjusted against the fees for the next ride.
