    Musafirs Motorcycle Ride to Sandy Shorelines and Beautiful Sunsets

    Gate Pass:  Aligned with our #SafetyIsSexy operating style, to join this ride, you will have to test COVID negative. Free Home/Center COVID testing by Metropolis Labs will be arranged for participants registering for the ride – it is on the participant to coordinate and ensure the collection is done between the time allotted. Alternatively, the participant can do the test on their own and present a COVID negative report dated not more than 3 days prior to the scheduled date of the ride and in that case, the amount for the test shall be refunded.

    Musafirs Ride to Sandy Shorelines and Beautiful Sunsets

    The Musafirs Motorcycle Club rides to a beautiful beach near Dapoli, on Feb 27-28. This two-day bike ride coupled with a cozy homestay right on the sand, tasty coastal cuisine and a near-private beach to enjoy a dip and the lovely sunset is exactly what would recharge our batteries. We’ve been there, done that … and as working professionals with full-time jobs, we look forward to these escapes, just like many other Musafirs.

    In the past 10 years of motorcycling, the collective experience we’ve gained makes us what we are today – an ultra-disciplined bunch of bikers who watch each other’s back. There are many “firsts” that the Musafirs introduced to the motorcycling arena in India – from hi-vis reflective vests to pickup trucks in tow even on smaller rides, to colour-coded, designated riding formations and full-tank single-kick distances … the list goes on. Come, join the experience … come ride with us!

    This ride of about 250 kms along the NH17 coupled with the biking discipline observed by the Musafirs will have a lot of memories to offer. You would not want to miss this one for sure.

    THINGS TO KNOW

    Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. The Musafirs is an evolved motorcycle club. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline, and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clock-work.

    The Musafirs is NOT a Boyz-Only Riders Club. Female riders/pillions are welcome as our female crew member – Shona and numerous other female Musafirs would be there to keep company throughout the trip.

    We are not the conventional money-minting tour operators, biking is the only thing we do and that is what we are known for. We know our jobs pretty well, especially when it comes to group riding. If you have never been with us on any ride, go through our past rides or Facebook page and you will know.

    No Drug/No Riding Under Alcohol Influence:

    We do not support/encourage drugs and are firmly against it! If you cannot resist the urge to light up a joint for ride days, you are better off riding with some other riding group. In addition, if you plan to have a drink or two anywhere outside the accommodation DO NOT RIDE there. Instead, be someone’s pillion or get a cab.

    Cancellation Policy

    We work on trust and goodwill.

    In case you have to cancel your booking, do it a week in advance … on or before Saturday, 20th February 2020. We will refund the entire booking amount or, if you say, adjust it against the fees for the next ride.

    For any cancellations after this date, you’ll have to forego the booking amount because we’d already have made payments ahead. In this situation, please don’t request refunds/adjustments as we’ll not be able to do that.

    In case you fail to take the COVID test that has been arranged or fail to present a COVID negative report from any other reputed lab and dated not more than three days prior to the date of the ride, you’ll be forfeiting your entire booking amount.

    COVID-Related Cancellation:

    Under the unfortunate event of you testing positive, you will be requested to skip this ride. You’ll have much more on your mind, and the loss of your booking amount should be the least of your worries – the ENTIRE booking amount will be refunded or, if you say, adjusted against the fees for the next ride.

    Precautions: Maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, using sanitizers, and thoroughly sanitizing hands after touching any surface to avoiding contracting COVID is the participant’s responsibility. You are joining the ride on your own accord, and the club cannot be held responsible or liable for anything in case of the unfortunate event of you or anyone you come in contact with post the ride, contracting the virus.
