    Skies Are Calling

    Winter is knocking on our doors, and what better way to embrace it than with a thrilling weekend motorcycle ride and campout! Gear up for an unforgettable experience just a hop away from Pune and a jump away from Mumbai at the picturesque Hadshi Lakeside.

    Join us on the 16th-17th of December for a ride under a million stars, campfire vibes, live music, and the sheer joy of being surrounded by fellow adventure enthusiasts.

    Immerse yourself in the rhythm of soulful live music, dig into the BBQ ,  warm yourself  by the camp fire….let your worries fade away, and create lasting memories. The cozy ambiance of our lakeside campsite will make this a ride to remember!

    Whether you ride a cruiser, sportbike, or anything in between, come join us! The spirit of unity and camaraderie is what makes our ride special. It’s all about the shared love for the open road and the thrill of the ride.

    PS: Musafirs alien to the concept of a tent-out ride, the idea is to ride, then stay in tents, make tea, cook our bbq, enjoy the music and the answer to the biggest question – there’ll be clean washrooms and a room to change clothes.

    What you must know before registering:

    We’ll have almost everything you may need – hot & filling meals, cozy rooms, and tents, sleeping sets, etc., etc., – but not everything you may want (like a jacuzzi masseur or a private escort) :-D.

    PS: We are 170 rides, 12 year young Motorcycle Club and our ride SOPs are well-refined. We strictly follow the always-helmet-on, no-drug, and no-litter policy – no exceptions there and if you can’t adhere, please F.O.

    We are an inclusive club – your age, gender, caste, religion, profession, sexual orientation, etc., does not matter. What matters the most is the head and heart that drives the machine and the soul! We strictly follow the no-drug and no-litter policy – if you can’t adhere, please F.O. That’s exactly how serious we are when it comes to these.

    How We Ride

    Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. The Musafirs is an evolved motorcycle club. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline, and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clockwork.

    The Moolah

    Ride Fees: Rs. 3950/-

    Includes

    • Live Music
    • Accommodation (Tents)
    • High visibility vests
    • Veg/nonveg wherever available – Lunch, Tea, Snacks (BBQ veg and nonveg), Dinner, Breakfast (Day 2).
    • Back up vehicle (Car – not the regular Truck).
    • Well-experienced motorcyclists managing the convoy and providing guidance.

    But above all… it includes a fun experience that should not be missed!

    Cancellation Policy

    We work on trust and goodwill

    In case you have to cancel the booking for this bike ride, do it on or before  Saturday 9th  December 2023 and we will refund the booking amount or if you say, adjust it against the fees for the next ride.

    For any cancellations after this date, you will have to forego the booking amount because we’d already have made payments ahead. In this situation, please don’t request refunds/adjustments as we’ll not be able to do that.
