    Musafirs Motorcycle Ride to Beat the Heat – Kolad| Weekend of 9 & 10 April

    Come ride with us to our next destination – Kolad, Maharashtra. Enjoy the Musafirs camaraderie, take a dip in the pool and soak in the scenic beauty that this place has to offer.

    With this being a short ride of just about 250 kms (round trip) from Mumbai and Pune, it’ll be a good “First” ride you can have with this club that is known for doing mile crunching long rides. So, if you have been sitting on the fence and simply observing us thinking of an opportune moment to join in, here’s your chance.

    Unlike our last ride to Ajanta-Ellora where we were crunching miles every day, the idea for this ride to Kolad is to relax, make merry, rejuvenate, and just chill. Definitely Fun! Come join in.

    What You Must Know Before Registering?

    We’ll have almost everything you may need – hot & filling meals, cozy rooms and tents, sleeping sets, etc., etc., – but not everything you may want (like a jacuzzi masseur or a private escort) :-D.

    PS: At a nominal additional fee, you can also enjoy River Rafting on Sunday morning to take the whole experience to the next level.

    We are 148 ride, 11 year young Motorcycle Club and our ride SOPs are well-refined. We strictly follow always-helmet, no-drug and no-litter policy – no exceptions there and if you can’t adhere, please F.O.

    Things To Know:

    Gate Pass: Aligned with our #SafetyIsSexy operating style, to join this ride, you will have to produce your “FULLY VACCINATED CERTIFICATE”.

    Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. The Musafirs is an evolved motorcycle club. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline, and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clockwork.

    The collective experience we’ve gained as a club over the past 11 years makes us what we are today – an ultra-disciplined bunch of bikers who watch each other’s back. And that’s what also us to orchestrate such long-distance rides. There are many “firsts” that the Musafirs introduced to the motorcycling arena in India – from hi-vis reflective vests, to pickup trucks in tow even on smaller rides, to colour-coded, designated riding formations and full-tank single-kick distances … the list goes on.

    The Musafirs is NOT a Boyz-Only Riders Club. Female riders/pillions are welcome as our female crew member – Shona and numerous other female Musafirs would be there to keep company throughout the trip.

    We are not the conventional money-minting tour operators, biking is the only thing we do and that is what we are known for. We know our jobs pretty well, especially when it comes to group riding. If you have never been with us on any ride, go through our past rides or Facebook page and you will know.

    No Drug/No Riding Under Alcohol Influence:

    We do not support/encourage drugs and are firmly against it! If you cannot resist the urge to light up a joint for ride days, you are better-off riding with some other riding group. In addition, if you plan to have a drink or two anywhere outside the accommodation DO NOT RIDE there. Instead, be someone’s pillion or get a cab/rickshaw/tum-tum/horse/tiger/walk.

    Cancellation Policy

    We work on trust and goodwill

    In case you have to cancel your booking, do it 7 days in advance … on or before  Friday, 1st April 2022.

    We will refund the booking amount or if you say, adjust it against the fees for the next ride.

    For any cancellations after this date, you’ll have to forego the booking amount because we’d already have made payments ahead. In this situation, please don’t request refunds/adjustments as we’ll not be able to do that.

    Precautions: Maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, using sanitizers, and thoroughly sanitizing hands after touching any surface to avoiding contracting COVID is the participant’s responsibility. You are joining the ride on your own accord and the club cannot be held responsible or liable for anything in case of the unfortunate event of you or anyone you come in contact with post the ride, contracting the virus.
