    Ride #132: Experience the Brotherhood – A Weekend Getaway (14-15 Dec)

    Ever wondered what it is to be in the company of experienced motorcyclists and ride with a club that has etched a name for itself during its 10 years of existence?Here’s your chance – we’d not call it a ride, rather a weekend getaway … even before you get on your bike, it’ll be time to unmount. The distance is just about 80 kms from Mumbai and Pune – while this is a very short one, there is a lot of other things in store.

    The campsite on the banks of Adoshi dam near Khopoli is the destination for this experience. We park our vehicles on the banks of Adoshi, dump our stuff in the tents and simply chill – this is the one ride that we do every year where we allow cars to tag along. At the campsite, as the even progresses, we engage in activities such as bbq, bonfire and live music, etc. We reach the campsite for lunch on Saturday and leave post breakfast on Sunday.

    What you must know before registering:

    We’ll have almost everything you may need –tents, sleeping sets, bbq set up, musicians, clean washrooms – but not everything you may want (like a jacuzzi or a masseur) :-D.

    Cancellation Policy: In case you register for the ride and wish to cancel participation, the booking amount will not be refunded or adjusted if the cancellation is done on or after  10th Dec 2019, – because that is what the club will have paid to make bookings for you.

    Club Background

    The Musafirs is an evolved riding club with numerous online and print publications writing about it (check it out: https://www.themusafirs.com/media/). Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clock-work.

    The Musafirs is NOT a Boyz-Only Riders Club. Female riders/pillions are welcome as our female crew member – Shona and numerous other female Musafirs would be there to keep company throughout the trip. We are not the conventional money-minting tour operators, biking is the only thing we do and that is what we are known for. We know our jobs pretty well, especially when it comes to group riding. If you have never been with us on any ride, go through our past rides or facebook page and you will know.
