    The Musafirs Motorcycle “Triple B” Ride: Bikes-Bootcamp-Bakchodi | May 11-12

    Alert! New Motorcycle Ride Destination.

    Are you an existing Musafir, looking for your monthly “fix” of ride, fun and bakar? Or are you someone who is keen to do long distance motorcycle rides as journey, but don’t have too much idea about where to begin? Or are you among those motorcyclists jisne “aadmi rakha hai” even for the most basis maintenance of your motorcycle, because your knowledge is extremely limited? Or are you someone jisko sirf bike pe ek chota ride pe jaana hai to try ki yeh ride-shide hota kya hai?

    If you’ve answered a “Yes” to any of the above questions, then block your calendars for 11-12 May and register for the Musafirs Ride#176.

    Compared to the usual ones we do, this ride will be a tiny one – just about 120 Kms (one way), making it an ideal first ride for someone who just wants to get into the mould of riding long distances. The accommodation is nestled among the hills near Igatpuri and offers a stunning view of the surrounding.

    In addition, the bootcamp session planned, will equip you with “well-structured gyaan” and hands-on experience in maintaining your bike and fixing niggles – because you never know when the road will throw its next surprise in the form of a tyre burst, broken cable or blown electricals. For those who have already taken these sessions in the past and are not interested in any more gyaan, we ride to the acco, enjoy bakchodi in the middle of nature, jump in the pool or groove to some music at the rain dance, and sip. This isn’t just a ride; it’s rejuvenation!

    For first-timers, if you’ve never been on any ride with the club, this can be your first. Join the clan of purebred, disciplined motorcyclists who live by the #safetyissexy mantra. Also, it is not a riders-only ride – our pillions have even more fun with “shoot-at-sight” orders. So while you have a big grin on your face maneuvering the next corner with your eyes on the exit, your pillion has it fixed on the valley below or the serpentine bike formations synonymous with The Musafirs.

    We are 175 + rides young and operating the club since 13+ years. Hence, our ride SOPs are well-refined, well-defined and we know our shit! We are an inclusive club – your age, gender, caste, religion, profession, sexual orientation, etc., does not matter. What matters the most is the head and heart that drives the machine and the soul! We strictly follow the always-helmet-on-bikes, no-drug and no-litter policy – if you can’t adhere, please F.O. That’s exactly how serious we are when it comes to these.

     

    THINGS TO KNOW

    How We Ride:
    Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. The Musafirs is an evolved motorcycle club. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline, and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clockwork. We take a pickup truck along as a breakdown vehicle to manage exigencies/breakdowns. Even if the roads throw a curve ball, we’ve got your back!

    On the Ride, we’ll have almost everything you may need – cosy beds, sleeping sets, warm and tasty meals, continuous entertainment, clean toilets, etc – but not everything you may “want” (like a jacuzzi or a masseur) :-D.

    We take pride in our tight-knit community of (com)passionate riders and “No Rider Gets Left Behind!” Our camaraderie and support for each other create an inclusive and uplifting atmosphere. As we weave through the beautiful landscapes, you’ll forge bonds that last a lifetime, sharing stories and laughter with fellow Musafirs who share the same thrill for motorcycling.

    In our 13 years of motorcycling, Musafirs has pioneered innovations in biking culture, from hi-vis reflective vests to designated riding formations. Whether you\’re a seasoned rider or a first-timer, on a high-displacement beast or an ungeared marvel – ALL are welcome! No need for pretenses here – just be yourself, free from any guise.

    We are not the conventional money-minting tour operators. Biking is the only thing we do and that is what we are known for. We know our jobs pretty well, especially when it comes to group riding. If you have never been with us on any ride, go through our past rides or Facebook page or google reviews and you will know.

     

    No Drug/No Riding Under Influence

    We do not support/encourage drugs and are firmly against it #NoMaalOnRides ! If you cannot resist the urge to light up a joint on the ride days, you are better-off with some other riding group – in fact, ask us and we’ll gladly point you where to go. In addition, if you plan to have a drink or two anywhere outside the accommodation DO NOT RIDE to that place. Instead, be someone’s pillion or get a cab/rickshaw/tum-tum/horse/tiger (animal, not the bike)/walk.

    Cancellation Policy

    We work on trust and goodwill

    There is no last date to register for the ride. You can register until we have slots. For cancellations, you have the window until Friday, May 3, 2024 and we WILL refund the entire booking amount or if you say, adjust it against the fees for the next ride. We’ll make payments to vendors and partners on this date and hence for any cancellations after this date, you will have to forego the booking amount. In this situation, please don’t request refunds/adjustments as we’ll not be able to do that.
