The Musafirs Motorcycle Club turns FIVE and to celebrate, the Musafirs bikers are gearing up to do something different… SCUBA DIVE! Coupling Republic day holiday with the weekend, we are set to explore the quaint town of TARKARLI on two wheels. The Sun, Sand and Beach, along with company of THE MUSAFIRS will amplify the FUN. We begin our ride on Saturday, and we return on Tuesday (Republic Day). You’ll just need a single day off from work to enjoy this 4-day ride to unwind.

Tarkarli is a beautiful fishing village in the southern part of Maharashtra. Here you will find long and narrow stretches of beach, with its pristine water and the well-defined taste of Maharashtra’s unique coastal cuisine. The accommodation chosen is right ON the beach. Since it is a four day ride, we shall have ample of time to explore the place and say hello to the fishes as we dive in the clear waters of the Arabian Sea (December to Feb is the ideal time to dive here). The cost of scuba diving is included in the ride fees. During our stay at Tarkali, there will also be motorcycle riding competitions like slow race; lemon and spoon (on the bike), figure of EIGHT, etc. with exciting prices to be won.

Note: Swimming is not required for scuba diving as tandem will be there to assist you.

This not too short ride of 500+kms (one way) along the NH4 and the NH17 will have a lot of memories to offer especially when coupled with the biking discipline and punctuality observed by the Musafirs. During the ride we would be doing 4 long discipline testing non-stop stretches of about 100-150kms.

Inclusions: Accommodation (Multi-Sharing), Surface assisted Scuba Diving, Break-down Vehicle to load your bike in case of a breakdown, Musafirs anniversary t-shirt/jacket, reflective vests, veg/non-veg meals, breakfast. But above all… an experience that should not be missed!

During your free time, you could do the dolphin ride, or visit the tsunami island to indulge in water sports activities or paragliding (on your own cost).

The ride assembly for Mumbai Chapter will be at 03:45 AM at Eternity Mall or 04:45 AM at NMMC

The ride assembly for Pune Chapter will be at Dehu Road Bypass Junction at 04:45 AM

The route we take to reach our destination will be communicated through the pre-ride communication email.

The Musafirs is a highly evolved riding club with numerous online and print publications writing about it (check it out: https://www.themusafirs.com/media/ ). Riding with the Musafirs requires biking discipline and punctuality. Our riders demonstrate real control, discipline and temperament by riding in the designated formations at the designated speed and performing responsibilities that make the ride function like clock-work.

The Musafirs is NOT a Boyz-Only Riders Club. Female riders/pillions are welcome as our female crew member – Shona and numerous other female Musafirs would be there to keep company throughout the trip.

We do not support/encourage drugs and are firmly against it! If you cannot resist the urge to light up a joint for ride days, you are better off riding with some other riding group.
